Most people call me Kim
In having decided to pursue my interest in coding and programming I enrolled myself into a three month intensive software engineering course at General Assembly, London. During this time was able to develop a real understanding of web development fundamentals, which only worked to further excitement about the constantly evolving world of tech. Expaning these skills working at a small start up, I was exposed to a much larger range of software and tech and develop these skills in a professional enviroment. I aspire to further expand my coding knowledge and make dedicated contributions to the best of my ability.

Recreation of nytimes game worlde with two player capability, Users choose 5 letter words for each other to guess. Uses dictionary and word APIs to check for random words and spellings.

A dating website that lets couples swipe for matches on movies, activities and food locations similar to tinder. Also allows users to keep track of dates with calendar and map sections, send love notes, add items to wishlists and generate date plans based on matches or randomly.

Nosedive
Social media website focusing on users ratings of each other, as seen on television series Black Mirror. Alters users experience and restrictions based on a 5 star rating. Includes a profile, forum, messaging system, rating statistics/feedback and wishlist.

MoviRater
Website game that involves guessing which movies between two provided has the higher popularity rating. Comes with optional high score and drinking modes activated by toggles. Also has new movies section that provides data on newest upcoming movies. Created using tmdb API.
